100% Silk Ribbon 1 in. x 38 yds Beautiful, soft, hand-dyed 100% silk ribbon with finished edges and bias cut . The softest drape you will find. Perfect to use on clutch bouquets and to accent your event.These Earth Silk spools are the blanks that we use for the dyeing we do by hand in a Seattle studio. These are 100% silk and are bias cut which gives them a nice body or stretch. Over time the cut edges will fray naturally. We highly recommend ordering samples. The cut on the bias means in a continuous spool; there is a seam every two yards and the raw unfinished edges will naturally soften with wear. We finish our seams with silk thread and just a 1/8″ overlap to help create a seamless appearance throughout the spools.
